Our Links with Ss Peter and Paul Church

Links with our local church are very important to us here at Borden. 

We regularly hold worship in the church and all members of our school community are welcome to attend. This is an opportunity that we all relish as our school hall is too small for us all to join together as a community in our school building.

Father Jane regularly leads whole school worship for us both in school and at the church and is a frequent visitor to school. Each class also holds a private class worship at the church with Father Jane each year. Each class also visits the church during the year to learn and discover on a range of subjects.

Church notices are shared with the school community through our newsletters and we like to get involved with church and community initiatives wherever possible, and attending special services such as Remembrance Day.

Our staff and pupils regularly write columns for the parish magazine sharing news about what has been happening at school.
