On Tuesday the Family Trust came into school to work with the Year 6 children on reflections of a spiritual kind.
There were a number of prayer stations set up in the hall with different activities designed to make them think about the Easter Story and what it means to us.
Palm Sunday was a joyful time so there was a lamp with bubbles in it to represent the excitement of Jesus’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem.
Forgiveness was represented by zips because forgiveness is about mending relationships and coming back together.
The year 6 ‘s enjoyed the activities and it gave everyone something to think about other than chocolate Easter eggs.
